THE PROBLEM

You’re not short on ideas. You’re overloaded by decisions.

Running the business is already enough.

Then come the ads, content, CRO, competitor research, AI tools, automation opportunities, and constant decisions:

What should I do next?

Is this worth testing?

Why isn’t this working?

Am I wasting time here?

This isn’t a lack of ideas. It’s decision fatigue. You end up jumping between tasks, second-guessing your choices, and losing momentum.

REFRAME

Most marketing support creates more work.

More dashboards. More tasks. More people to manage. More things to follow up on.

Most freelancers are button clickers. They can launch campaigns, change settings, and complete tasks — but they often do not help you decide what is actually worth doing.

Execution without direction creates more work. Ratiom is different. It helps you decide what matters, then turns that thinking into useful marketing output.

THE SOLUTION

What you actually need is weekly momentum.

Not more tactics. Not another narrow specialist. Not another agency layer.

You need clear direction, fast answers, useful output, and a steady rhythm of progress. Ratiom gives you senior Shopify marketing support that keeps the right work moving every week.

POSITIONING

Not an agency. Not a specialist.

Agencies add layers. Specialists solve one part.

Ratiom gives you one experienced marketing partner across the work that matters.

You work directly with the person doing the thinking.

No juniors. No handoffs. No wasted motion.

FOUNDER-LED

Why I built Ratiom

I built Ratiom because I kept seeing the same problem.

Founders were either hiring agencies and getting junior-level execution, or piecing together freelancers who each solved one small part of the problem.

In both cases, the result was usually the same: more work, more coordination, more second-guessing. Not more progress.

I’ve spent the last few years working across Shopify marketing — reviewing ads, analysing stores, thinking through creative, researching competitors, and helping founders figure out what actually matters next.

What stood out was not a lack of tactics. It was a lack of clarity.

Most founders already have ideas. What they need is help deciding which ideas are worth acting on, then turning those decisions into useful work.

Ratiom is built to do that. Not by taking control away from you. Not by adding another layer. Not by trapping you inside a dependency model.

You stay in control.

My role is to help you focus, create useful output, and keep marketing moving every week.

One person. A small number of clients. No layers. So the time, thinking, and effort goes into the work — not into managing a system around it.

If you want someone to just click buttons, this probably is not the right fit. If you want clearer thinking, useful output, and consistent momentum, this is where I can help.

WHAT YOU GET

The model is simple: output first, supported by thinking and access.

Ratiom is built around four parts.

Weekly working session

A focused 1-hour session each week. Structured enough to create decisions. Flexible enough to answer real founder questions, address live priorities, and reduce cognitive load.

No KPI theatre. Just deciding what matters and what to do next.

Async support in Slack

Ongoing support Monday to Friday through a shared Slack channel. Ask quick questions like “Should I do this or that?”

I respond as quickly as possible during business hours, with a maximum response time of 24 hours.

Continuous marketing output

Work you can actually use: ad angles, creative direction, copywriting, messaging, Shopify CRO guidance, offer work, competitor research, founder research, AI ideas, automation ideas, and clear next steps.

Requests are typically turned around in 1–2 days depending on complexity. Output is continuous — not limited by arbitrary deliverable counts.

Weekly Friday Note

A short weekly summary of what mattered, what to focus on, and what to ignore.

This keeps the work grounded and moving forward.

This is a lean, evolving service that adapts to your business — not a fixed scope that becomes irrelevant. You are not buying a package. You are getting consistent marketing support applied where it has the most impact. One subscription gives you access to 80+ on-demand services across the work that matters.

MODERN MODEL

Built for how marketing works now.

Most agencies still operate on models and playbooks developed years ago.

Layers of people. Fixed processes. Approaches shaped around how marketing worked in 2018.

That creates consistency, but it also creates inertia.

Ratiom has been developed around how Shopify marketing actually works in 2025–2026.

Across creative cycles, paid ads, CRO, competitor research, AI, automation, and founder-led marketing, the way good work gets done is changing fast.

This service is designed to evolve with that. New capabilities are tested, refined, and added to the service menu when they prove useful.

No recycled 2018 playbooks. No outdated agency process. No trend-chasing for the sake of it. Just current thinking turned into useful work.

AI + AUTOMATION

AI and automation — without the time sink.

AI and automation can meaningfully increase marketing output.

But getting results takes time. You have to learn the tools, test workflows, troubleshoot failures, and understand where they actually apply.

Most founders do not have spare hours to figure all of that out while running the business.

Where relevant, Ratiom brings AI and automation into the work so you benefit from new capabilities without having to carry the full learning curve yourself. Some advanced builds or deeper implementations may be handled separately as paid Power-Ups when needed.

FIT

Best for Shopify brands with traction.

Ratiom is best for small to mid-sized D2C Shopify brands that already have products selling consistently.

Good fit

You do not need a huge team or mature marketing department. You do need traction, product-market signal, and the appetite to invest in marketing output.

  • Small to mid-sized D2C Shopify brand
  • 1–3 products or product lines already selling consistently
  • Ready to invest in paid ads and marketing output
  • Want to move faster without hiring multiple specialists
  • Want senior thinking without agency overhead
  • Respect a lean, focused working model

Built to amplify what works — not find demand from zero.

Not a fit

  • You want someone to fully take over your business
  • You want cheap labour or unlimited grunt work
  • You expect guaranteed performance results
  • You need constant on-demand calls
  • You want weekend support
  • You do not want to stay involved in key decisions
PRICING

One model. One price.

Less than half the cost of a junior hire.

QUALIFICATION CALL

Want less pressure and more momentum?

Book a qualification call.

We’ll look at where your time is going, what is slowing you down, and whether this model would actually help.

No pitch. No pressure. Just a practical conversation.

Questions founders usually ask

Is this full marketing management?

No. You stay in control. This is senior support, direction, and output — not account takeover.

Do you log into my Meta account or Shopify store?

No for Meta. Guidance is provided through exported data, screenshots, or live review by screen share. This keeps your accounts secure and helps you understand what is happening instead of becoming dependent on someone else.

For Shopify, small edits or landing page work may be possible. Larger design or development work is handled separately as a paid Power-Up when needed.

What do I actually get each week?

A weekly 1-hour working session, async Slack support, continuous output from the service menu, and a Friday Note summarising what matters.

How fast do you respond?

During business days, I respond as quickly as possible, with a maximum response time of 24 hours.

How fast is work delivered?

Most requests are turned around in 1–2 days depending on complexity.

Do you guarantee results?

No — outcomes depend on many variables including product, offer, market, creative, execution, and timing.

What I do guarantee is the work: clear thinking, honest guidance, and useful output focused on what matters most.

How is this different from hiring freelancers?

Most freelancers execute isolated tasks. Ratiom helps decide what matters, then turns that thinking into usable marketing output. The goal is not more task completion — it is better momentum.

How is this different from an agency?

Agencies often add layers, handoffs, and overhead. Ratiom is deliberately lean. You work directly with the person doing the thinking and the work.

Who is this best for?

Small to mid-sized D2C Shopify brands with traction — especially founders who want clearer decisions, more output, and consistent weekly progress.

What is this not for?

It is not for founders looking for cheap labour, unlimited execution, weekend support, on-demand calls, or someone to change the business model around them.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. The service is monthly.

What happens on the qualification call?

We check fit, current priorities, and whether Ratiom is likely to help. No pitch deck. No pressure.
