Are there really no ongoing fees?
There are no required ongoing fees to Ratiom. Your domain stays in your name. Hosting and small updates to the existing site are included for 12 months, with no obligation to continue after that.
Do I need to provide the content?
No. Tell me about your services, your area, and your pricing, and I write every page of the site for you. Photos and a logo will help the design along, and I can source stock images at no extra cost.
Do I own the finished website?
Yes. Once the final balance is paid, the finished website is yours. Your domain stays in your name, and you can move the site to another suitable host at any time.
How long does the process take?
Fourteen days from kickoff to launch, as long as the photos, the logo, and your feedback reach me promptly. Before any of that, you get a free prototype within 48 hours.
What happens after the first 12 months?
After 12 months, you can move the site to another host or stay with Ratiom on a $49 per month care plan that covers hosting and requested updates. It is month to month and you can cancel anytime.
What counts as a small site update?
Small updates cover current content: contact details, prices, service areas, descriptions, offers, and photos. New pages, redesigns, or new features are extra.
